As you lie comfortably, fully clothed, on a massage table, gentle energy work is performed to clear blockages, restore balance, and promote overall well-being. Using light touch or hands hovering above your body, Reiki energy flows where it’s needed most, supporting deep relaxation, stress relief, and energetic alignment.
